Hi I am extremely new to Captivate and am trying to import a PowerPoint. All the format is messed up and photos are missing when I try to do so. Not on all power points, just a few. I tried uploading as different resolutions and still noting. I tried to attach a few screenshots between the power point and once it is uploaded to Captivate but it failed in the ‘add media’ place. I think I added them as ‘featured images’ but not sure what that means? Any help would be hugely appreciated!
